Terms for using BasisPro.

Summary: BasisPro helps you track subscription expenses locally. You are responsible for the records you enter and the financial decisions you make from them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using BasisPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. App purpose

BasisPro provides tools for subscription management, renewal planning, budgeting, savings simulations, CSV export, privacy masking, sample data restore, and local data deletion.

3. No financial advice

BasisPro is an organizational tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Review your own circumstances before cancelling, keeping, or changing any service.

4. User records

You control the accuracy of subscription names, amounts, dates, currencies, notes, and other records entered in the app. BasisPro is not responsible for missed renewals or incorrect entries.

5. Local storage and deletion

Core app records are stored locally on your device. If you delete local app data, uninstall the app, reset your device, or clear storage, records may not be recoverable unless you exported or backed them up separately.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the app, website, or support channels.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse any service component.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through contact forms.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may revise these terms, and the latest version will be posted on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

BasisPro is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses related to use of the app.
